Handywoman weaving tools are always made from sustainable and responsibly harvested wood and at times from recycled barn woods.
I offer low prices to help promote weaving, giving more people the opportunity to have some of the necessary tools needed without breaking the bank. That is my mission. I use a variety of different species as they come available as well as wood that came from old buildings and barns. All my weaving tools are handmade, not manufactured so keep this in mind. Tools are sanded to 320, so that I can offer the prices I do. If having a factory finish is more important than price to you then My tools may not be for you. No two items will be exactly alike nor will they look mass produced. My mission is to offer low cost weaving tools and make them the best I can so that you have the tools you deserve. All tools made in my shop are made by me, from start to finish.

As Handywoman I have been making and selling low cost Weaving tools for 20+ years.
All handmade items in my shop are made based on the order in which the order was received. Production time is an estimate and can take a little longer or a little sooner depending on my work load. I will always work my hardest to get your order out as fast as I am able. Orders are generally started on the following business day after the order was received and depending on work load could ship the next business day. I no longer work weekends, If my workload becomes to much I will shut my shop for a few days and get caught up before taking any new orders. Rest assured I will work diligently to get you your new weaving tool to you.
I promise a 7 day money back guarantee from date of posted delivery on all products in our on-line store for defects. We will do our best to resolve every customer complaint to the customer’s complete satisfaction, including an exchange or a full product refund if that’s what it takes. Refunds are for defective product only. Because of the nature of our store, we can not offer the same return policies that big name stores can offer.
Each item is custom made once order has been paid in full and can not be refunded except where there are defects that impair the use of the product. If the item was damaged in shipping a claim to the USPS or FedEx must be made.
HOW TO USE OUR POLICY:
In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 3 calendar days of the date delivery was made, and returned within 7 days. After this time no refund is available.
All materials that were purchased must be returned in like-new condition as received and as determined by our staff, before the refund is issued. Materials must be received within 7 days of your request in order for us to grant your refund. We cannot refund shipping costs.
Refunds will be given by company check, or direct credit to your credit card, or paypal which ever is corresponding to your initial method of payment. A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned products.
To request a refund, contact us using the information on our ON-LINE store. You may call, write, or email. You MUST provide your order number, the items from your order that you wish to return, and the reason for the return as well as how to contact you.
There are no refunds available for digital downloads, personalized or custom orders.
